Terms and conditions for football ticket and accommodation purchase

We use an external agency to supply tickets to football events in Rome. Your use of our service is subject to the folowing terms and conditions:

Packages with match tickets included are available for stays of minimum 3 nights. Prices for packages are calculated on the basis of estimated match ticket costs and discounted room and breakfast costs. Discounts on room and breakfast increase with the number of nights you stay.

Ticket costs: The rate you will be quoted when you book is an estimated rate for the match type and ticket category. This price is GUARANTEED against any surcharges as soon as we receive your deposit.

Face value of tickets: The face value of the ticket is not mentioned on your booking. This is because clubs change their ticket prices frequently and final prices are usually not known until a few days before the match. The final cost for you will be the face value of the ticket plus € 35,00 service fee per ticket applied by the booking agency. This mechanism can work only to your advantage. The initial offer price is GUARANTEED so you can never be asked to pay more if tickets are more expensive than what you paid. For example, you booked a match ticket for 150 euro and accommodation for 200 euro. The total for this package would be 350 euro. Let's say the face value of your ticket is only 75 euro. That makes the cost for your tickets 110 euro (75 euro face value plus 35 euro service fee) instead of 150 and the package costs 310 euro instead of 350. You save 40 euro! If instead the face value of your ticket is 160 euro, you will not be asked to pay the difference. The 45 euro loss is on us!

Package payment: an initial non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits can be paid only through bank transfer, Western Union transfer or money order. It is not possible to pay your deposit by credit card. The balance of your package must be paid on arrival at the hotel. This balance must be paid in cash. The final balance is calculated on the basis of the face value of the tickets purchased, as described above.

Seating at the Stadium Olimpico: in Rome, tickets to football matches are much sought after but we GUARANTEE seating in the ticket category you selected. Seating is as follows:
Derby matches (Roma v Lazio): Category 1 - Tribuna Monte Mario and Central Tevere
Matches against Inter, Juventus and Milan: Category 1 - Tribuna Monte Mario; Category 2 - Tribuna Tevere; Category 3 - Distinti
Matches against the other Serie A teams: Category 1 - Tribuna Monte Mario and Central Tevere; Category 2 - Tribuna Tevere (non-central)
Uefa Cup matches: Category 1 - Tribuna Monte Mario and Central Tevere; Category 2 - Tribuna Tevere (non-central)
Champions League matches: Categroy 1 - Tribuna Monte Mario; Category 2 - Tribuna Tevere Top; Category 3 - Tribuna Tevere (non-top)

In the case of cancellation of a match by the organiser, only the face value of the tickets is refunded.

No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen ones.

On arrival at the hotel or at the latest on the morning of the match, reception will give you an envelope that contains the match tickets you ordered.

Once purchased, tickets can not be transferred or refunded.

No refunds will be offered to guests that are refused entry or ejected from the Olympic Stadium on account of late arrival, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour.
